2025-06-14 13:09:16 +0000 UTCUnfortunately I'm pretty sure having 3/5 of their active members on this show is a death knell for Verivery :( it's been creeping in for a while and this seems like the final nail in the coffin. But on the bright side, it's my first time actively paying attention to a survival show like this so yay for new experiences? Excited for your analyses as always!

2025-06-13 15:04:05 +0000 UTCI'm amazed you were able to clock Dang Hong Hai (the guy who was blonde in Boys Planet but has black hair here) since he was eliminated in the 2nd round of the first season. From what I've seen as to how the show is divided: Planet K is mostly Korean guys, but most of the japanese guys are also in K group, along with a few guys of other various nationalities. Planet C is mostly Chinese/Taiwanese/Hong Kongnese but they do have more global trainees, like Dang Hong Hai is Vietnamese. Also, Idk if you noticed, but 3 guys from Universe League are on this show too. Xie Yuxin, who was on Team Rhythmn (he won the random dance in ep 6), Jiang Fan (the really good dancer in Siren team and who was unfairly eliminated early on Team Beat), and He Junjin (he was the only Chinese guy on Team Groove). So yeah there's quite a few familiar faces on this show.

And there's still people complaining in twitter that it looked "low quality" and I wonder if I'm missing something or if people complains just because 😵💫 Mnet changed the format and there won't be 2 groups anymore. They will be separated for the 1st and 2nd episodes but will be merged after that The final group will have 8 members and it will be just 1 group, wich is brutal because I think many people signed up for that with the promisse of 2 groups, that means double the chances of making it and with so many already debuted idols and loved contestants from other shows it will be really hard for the newcomers. I feel bad for them. As a bit of a spoiler (Or not really because with a certain number of survival shows under your belt it should be normal to know) the guys that are in the stage from the begining of the song are the "all stars" trainees, the ones who did better in the star level test and the signal song test, they also wear a little star shaped pin. Yumeki was wearing that pin 👀 and it makes me curious because the guys who get it are usually competent in more than 1 thing, so I wonder... Can he sing? 😂 I have an Issue with the centers, both of them K center had a great over all performance and make me feel like he wanted it more, but he lacked something C center has the something I was missing from K center, may that be stage prescense? IDK but I felt like he was just standing there looking cute? And I know him from another survival where he was like a Keita situation, he was in the top 9 the entire show and in the end didn't make it to the final line up. The thing is he didn't wow me with his habilities back then and kinda make me feel the same here. Again it makes me wonder there was really no one better than them for center possition? Anyways, we'll see how they auditioned that in a month
