I wish we saw the masters more! But also with their crazy schedules I can see how they may not have been able to be as involved as other shows like Universe League (at least what we were shown.) At least I hope we get to see them for finals!

2025-09-21 10:58:08 +0000 UTCI'm catching up right now, because I was on holiday for a week, but I just want to say how glad I am that you think about all we don't get to see. I've seen some people reacting to Boys II Planet and they seem to take everything shown as gospel. They fully go along with the evil editing. There's a lot we don't know, because we don't see it, so we shouldn't assume that we see the whole truth. We should keep in mind conversations the trainees have off screen (think about the whole Kangmin/Hengyu situation), or that there will be more said at the mid-point check than shown. which reminds me: yes, I was super confused when the Yumeki choreo situations shown in the preview was not at all addressed. really makes you think what changed that they decided to leave it out of the show. and also: I feel we see the masters way too little during the preparations. it really makes me wonder how often they help, or if the trainees truly do almost everything themselves, then have the masters come in to tell them they suck for not learning enough, continue practicing by themselves to then have the masters just sit there watching their performance and applaud them for their work. they seem kind of useless

2025-09-15 19:16:02 +0000 UTCFor some reason, with this mission, I was so aware of the repeat cuts and who received them during the performance! I think it's because, halfway through me watching Main Dish during the episode, there were none of the usual repeat cuts, and that was WEIRD considering there are two Top 8 people in the song. These were the people that got repeat cuts: Donggyu, Junmin, Sangheon (the only repeat cut in the entire performance), Sangwon, Jiahao, and Leo. Idk I think with this mission since pretty much half of the performances had zero of the normal repeats, I became hyper-focused on it and what it could potentially mean for who Mnet wants in the final lineup (or pushed into the finale at least to create another group for them).

2025-09-15 11:41:23 +0000 UTCJust wanted to share my thoughts. Firstly thank you for your reactions. I love how you are so neutral and open minded and supportive of all the contestants. I really enjoy watching with you. I’ve been thinking of the whole Kangmin/hengyu situation since it aired and just wanted to share my thoughts on it. Being filmed 24/7 for 4 months now and being in a survival show for your career must be extremely intense. All of these guys are in flight/fight mode and are desperate to have a career out of this or they wouldn’t have chosen to go on the show. It’s a shame that many fans I’ve seen on social media are so quick to judge but I’m sure if they were in that pressure situation all day for 4 months they would have moments where they lost it. Man even I lose it if I’m stressed and the person I usually lose it with is my husband who I love 🤣. I’ve known Kangmin since he was young and he’s a really lovely adorable person. A lot of the C trainees that have been eliminated have all said that Kangmin is their fave k planet trainee as he’s so polite and kind. So I hope this doesn’t affect his chances. His rank will be more telling when it’s the finale and it is one pick voting. Anyway I hope all the guys get more opportunities after this show so they can keep doing what they love. Thanks again for your reactions. I really enjoy them ☺️
