2024-10-26 15:10:41 +0000 UTCjust back here to let you know that they ended up releasing a dance practice for this!! there's also a chore-record from studio choom that goes behind the scenes for this (but that's 46 minutes long so 😭) i wasn't sure if you'd seen the dance practice or if you wanted to check it out on your own time, but it is a moving version with cuts and it's especially great that they released it because people were accusing him of speeding up the video during the verse where he was tutting. one of the reasons i personally loved having an aotm with him was because he finally got to showcase a lot of his specialty, whereas he usually doesn't have the chance to do waacking or tutting at all in zb1 (his company doesn't let him :// they also try to suppress all of the pre-debut videos of his dancing except for the ones that fit their "image" which is basically all of the ones that aren't of him tutting, waacking or voguing) and he also tends to balance out his performance when they're on stage so he doesn't stand out as much. he's able to let go a little bit more in the practice room or during classes so a lot of the time there's a big difference between videos of him practicing vs him actually on stage and i think being able to match his movement and create a more cohesive overall image with the other members is a skill of his that's really underrated... i always seem to leave novels in your comments, so sorry for that but i love watching people get to experience hanbin's artistry 😭

Makes it super fun for me personally 😂♥️ I also was catching on that this was his own track which is super cool and I’m happy he felt the degree of confidence he had to go for it in this way! Hooray for a successful AOTM for him!

2024-07-24 07:21:41 +0000 UTCOMG! I only saw this now but Hanbin is really talented especially in styles involving arm movements waacking, tutting, vouging, and i've seen him do some locking too. He was the first and only male member in Spellas crew and other than being a backup dancer hes also a choreographer! However hes only done little segments and hasn't choreographed something fully. Another fun fact is that out of all the AOTM hes the first one to do his own original song! I hope you can get to look at his group ZEROBASEONE all of them are really talented especially vocally!

Also makes me want to watch Boys planet to catch up on all the details on how ZB1 was made and is vibing in the industry today!

2024-07-22 17:28:53 +0000 UTCThis was so goood, I know Han Bin's focus is tutting but like he said he did waacking and participated in battles, and he also did some arms control/hands performance choreo with people in the vogue community. I think tutting has a lot of crossover with both those groups at least in Korea, Spella has done arms control choreo too and Somin (if you remember the tutting girl from 1Mil's crew in SDGF 2) is actually now a part of House of Love and competes in balls in the arms control category under her new name Axi!

2024-07-22 13:06:53 +0000 UTCHanbin trained closely under Spella and Bada and worked as a professional backup dancer since high school I'm pretty sure. He is the Leader despite not being the oldest or the most experienced idol ( otherwise zb1 doesnt really have set positions) and operates often as a teacher in BP and when practicing within the group. Though I also attribute it to his personality and natural very kind but firm leadership style (honestly gives kindergarden teacher haha). I believe he has won battles and competitions and participated in dance crews. He has several predebut dance performances that are very much famous in the fandom.
