It's something I had to come to terms with on other shows both here in America and what we have seen in Korea/China/ etc. I'm hopeful they will have some great special guests to judge the other challenges to help with this area, but we shall see!

the two female judges being actresses and singers rubs me the wrong way especially since we already had swf korea to exemplify how its not fair to judge when u dont know the technicals of whats happening. but i also have to remember that this is a reality drama show first and foremost so maybe expectations are different here.

Ooh, I kinda forgot this was airing lol. Great to see another new show to watch for me. I know next to nothing about any of them, so it's gonna be fun!
Btw, about the beef at the end: the subtitles said "male leader" but that's a translation issue, Chec said "It's not the HNXG (crew), it's just their leader" - so she's directly blaming the leader of HNXG. The word male was in no way thrown around in that comment. It could be true and the subtitles could be just giving proper context, but from the way she said it, I would assume she's blaming the HNXG leader, not some affiliated person.
Another thing is that the SS Warriors leader didn't talk about herself, she talked in 3rd person. She didn't say "we were all members of HNXG" but "those girls were all members of HNXG" so she was referring to F.E.D., and the rest of the comments were also all "those girls" or "everyone" - not referring to herself or her crew members.
I'm just commenting from grammar standpoint as a native speaker, I actually have no idea about the background of any of them 🤣
