2025-02-09 07:04:08 +0000 UTCYes, it’s Jimin with the chair. I think it was his choice though because I’ve seen it happen at several performances. Years ago, I was a stage manager and a stagehand. I know they’re fine. I know they didn’t get hurt. Those tables on wheels stress me out every time I watch though. They scream tweaked knees.

The power of watching them when I was younger 😂😂 loved getting to look at this and the FREAKING vowels in these award shows are KILLING ME I tell you 😂😂 we will try again next time 😂

2024-09-01 08:05:09 +0000 UTCIt's so cool that you brought up how it felt like they were including choreo moments that felt like fingerprints of what makes them BTS because that is exactly what their entire MMA 2019 performance was about! They performed a few full songs, but in between they had a lot of instrumentals and remixes of their songs from their debut to 2019. They each also had an intro/solo performance to different songs leading up to their group performance of Dionysus. Jimin's performance especially went viral, it was incredible that he did his solo routine live and then went into Dionysus after and still went all out in his movements. They did modify this choreography slightly if you compare it to their original comeback show performances. The section where RM and Jin are standing and singing and the rest of the group are crouched in front of them and then go into a spin was originally them spinning and falling into like a push up on the floor, so I'm sure they felt it was too risky to perform over and over on stage. Plus Suga had a chronic shoulder injury at the time, so I'm sure that was extremely painful for him and I'm glad they made that change. And don't feel bad, I've been watching the award shows for years and I still get MMA and MAMA performances mixed up all the time when I'm searching for them on YouTube lol
