AUTOMATA - June Preview

If you missed our Discord preview last week, here are some renders showing the fully modular robotic infantry we are working on for the June release.
As well as the legs and arms which are compatible with any of our Regiments components, we are designing a few different torsos and heads to suit various styles of robot.
The digital files will include the futuristic Phase SMG and more modern looking G36 shown, and the arms will also work with any of our resin "pistol grip" rifles.
Time allowing, we are hoping to do bigger versions of some of the parts, compatible with our Exo-Lords.
We also have a tracked base unit (to replace the legs) and some melee options in the works, as well as some "engineer/hacker" character models which are still mostly flesh!
We are finished with the arms and legs, but feedback on the heads/torsos/weapon and anything else not previewed yet is very welcome!
For next month - July, we will be putting up a survey soon to get some direction, as we have a few exciting options!

Just in case there is some confusion with the post tags, this post is from June 2020. The current June release is D-Day. Automata is available to purchase on our website :)

Suggestion on the head, you had a a mech head from afterlife , the warden mech head (A-UC-WMH) that would be perfect on these guys, just scaled down about 25% if these guys are 28mmH.

2020-06-11 17:12:28 +0000 UTCOne thing I've noticed in a lot of designs with 3 toes and 2 legs is how small the footprint is. The footprint should be at least twice as large, all real life 3 toed animals have 4 legs, so they can have smaller feet since stability is made up for by the other 2 legs. (Current pet peeves because I am building an awesome model from a different sculpted which looks amazing but has these tiny dainty 3 toed feet at the bottom)

2020-06-11 16:12:01 +0000 UTCThere is a cool head that comes with DotBR Cyber Assassins that is very cool, cyclopean large lens? Some heads like that or similar Afterlife Unity Council Wardens would also fit in with this. The multiple lenses they have give the impression they NV/Thermal capabilities as well as being able to track multiple targets

2020-06-11 16:03:29 +0000 UTCNo stocks for these guns - basically it makes posing the weapons with robotics rather difficult, and we figure an automata would not "look down the sight" or need to absorb recoil in the way a human operator would.
