2024-10-10 19:18:50 +0000 UTCI know other commenters have already said but yeah the mvs are definitely still lore related and I personally never really felt like it was forced tbh since digipedi were the ones that were still filming the mvs and it felt less of just major arcs of what's happening in the storyline and more just overall events happening or different timelines being explore

2024-09-30 09:50:56 +0000 UTCbasically imagine that the predebut jaden era stuff is the entirety of the mobius strip. so now we are just “set” in the universe with the events in the timeline already established with no more “major” story arcs ect so now the mvs are less “showing a story” and more just videos “set” in the loonaverse if that makes sense so yes sometimes that can mean it almost feels like lore vomit (especially near the end with flip that) and sometimes it can almost feel like a fanfiction/headcannon version of the loonaverse 😅

There were some theories that it was because he wanted to learn about the loonaverse because afterwards SM debuted Aespa with the whole Kwangya universe which later becomes a multiverse throughout the entire SM artists. But after LSM left SM, there was less push on the Kwangya lore which further suggests that theory on the reason he decided to produced for Loona.
