2024-10-27 15:36:20 +0000 UTCAwe Yunho. Though I truly LOVE all members, Yunho has become my bias over time. Especially seeing them live this past summer. Such a sweet young man who might be overshadowed by the popularity of other members, but seems to always smile, give 100% to his performances, and has a joyous presence about him. I love that he released this song as it gave him a chance to showcase his soft vocals a bit. I think you’re right about the meaning of this song; I can’t see Yunho as someone who is chronically upset or in a dark place; but rather, like all of us, has those moments when dark clouds appear and you have to work through it knowing you’ll be alright. “I’m getting out, an inch at a time”… “I’ll be alright”. I think we’ve all been there. This is a beautifully composed song. Congratulations to Hongjoogn and Yunho, it’s lovely.

2024-10-06 08:20:07 +0000 UTCSo 'ATEEZ Present' is Hongjoong's project that he decided to start after working on MATZ with Seonghwa, he loved that one-on-one experience so much and talked about how it really strengthened their bond that he decided at the start of the year that he wanted to try to have that experience with each of the members if they wanted to, so he composed the whole thing and wrote the lyrics for/with yunho because he thought he'd be best suited for this type of song. Essentially it's an open project in the sense that it has no end, if the members are willing and available then he makes a song with them and it's like a little gift in between comebacks and stuff.
