The teeny tiny snippet I think is them at the end of EP3 (I think they reused that elevator prop again) does look like it can fit a rework of Shut Up 받고 Crazy Hot so I think you are onto something. 👀 (ngl I'm too afraid of being right just because reusing the same central prop no matter how cool can be soooo detrimental for excitement. 😭)

I can feel the fire and pitchforks from a mile away haha but everyone has been nothing but respectful to me as I have navigated the season which is exactly my intention!!! I am SO EXCITED to see what they went with for the upcoming challenge. I would LOVE it if they reworked Shut Up 받고 Crazy Hot! since it's one that left a bit of a dissapointing feeling by the end! Their is a genuine possibility if we are following the trend of ONEUS THEATRE... This also means that they will be doing LUNA at some point because that track has a ONEUS THEATRE VERSION.... Oh goodness did we just unlock the ONEUS strategy????

I agree with all you say about the concept disconnect. 😅 To be clear, I think the gist of the concept was clearer for me than it was for you although I don't know Kingsman either. The quote, Hwanwoong's and the dancers' outfits and then fights were enough to give me "okay so we are doing specific period gentleman spy sort of thing", which carried well enough. But both big and small stuff kept taking me out of it. Big, with the song pick not meshing well with the vibe of the concept (I mean, martial art fighting and Bruce Lee wasn't enough for me - especially since the excellent umbrella usage for guns and then a bomb going off with Seoho's vocals being highlights of the performance taking the "spywork" AWAY from hand-to-hand combat), and small, with stuff like the LED screen scene proportions being off with the stage (which also bothered you obv). I also totally understand your wish for seeing ONEUS tackle specifically Korean influences as they really shine with that (I hope they do too...), but I also get that ONEUS's thing is more with being chameleons when it comes to styles and concepts so I respect that they are not dipping straight into that well just yet. Nevertheless, being known and appreciated for how well they do concepts, of COURSE the execution of how they did it here deserves some scrutiny. Apart from the concept though, the dance was so fire. 😭 Wish I could like it more without my immersion being "eh" at times. By the way, the Seoho and Leedo versatility appreciation. 🛐 They really are out-of-this-world performers for me and could have been Aces seamlessly. Their individual singing and rapping skills surpass Hwanwoong's in my opinion, and they ARE excellent dancers and performers on their own right with mad charisma. It's just that Hwanwoong *steals* cameras. 😂 To be clear, I don't mean overshadows the others or anything, I just mean he has a kind of stage presence that's impossible to ignore so he really is the perfect Ace choice for ONEUS in this competition. There is an idiom in Turkish, "şeytan tüyü" (transliterated as "devil's feather"). Basically, someone can possess the "devil's feather", which means they are super attractive, charismatic and can get someone to easily like them, with a hint of mischievousness. (It's kind of like "devilish charm" in English, but without the "immoral" connotation if that makes sense - the Turkish meaning is neutral.) I think he has it in spades. 🤣 Speaking of which though... I watched their recent live performance at the ENA KPOP UP Chart Show in Japan recently and I was speechless even though I knew what I would be getting... I hope they break the elaborate choreographed performance mould at least once to bring that sort of energy to the live audience. UGH. Mad. I haven't watched the episodes so IDK if they talked about it like this but still.)
