2024-10-08 04:18:35 +0000 UTCI'm happy that she is honest about her approach and I wonder if she will be a good mentor for some of the new recruits on the second season! I know we have SDC5 first, but I'm excited about continuing on with this franchise long term!

2024-10-08 04:18:25 +0000 UTCI DIED AT SANTA'S PERFORMANCE..... SUCH CAPTIVATING STAGE PRESENCE! (I mean it was one reason why the thumbnail is the way it is haha) Thank you for sharing the lyrics! Such poetry audibly and so fitting with Santa's movements!

2024-10-08 04:16:37 +0000 UTCLee SDanny is a singer/rapper. She has a background in Jazz dance a long time ago, and has been interested lately in Krump. She is pretty honest about the fact that she still considers herself a student. She is actually a team leader in the second season of Dance Crew. I agree with the cringiness of this dance, I don't understand why they just didn't do a routine with hiphop with some Krump elements. I keep being worried that when she sits back down on the couch she's sitting on the dancer's hair. Ouch!๐ค๐

2024-10-07 22:53:37 +0000 UTCThis is one of my favorite choreographies of Santa. The only thing I don't like about it is it is too short! He said that he wanted his dance to be a gift to the girls going forward in life. The song "Wild Child" by Su Yunying was written to encourage girls to chase their dreams and be unafraid. Here are the lyrics: The more my heart quivers Like it is a piece of dust Dancing freely in the wind I need to tighten my grip on my determination and my wavering courage I will turn into a giant Standing on my strength, on my dreams However cruel the wind is The more my heart quivers Like a line of sand Following the wind dancing lightly I have to store my resolve deep inside and my small but dense courage Keep marching towards where the wind blows Blow me away, my pride and my insolence Blow me away, but my garden (soul) will stay spotless and pure Let this wind mess it all up It will never destroy my vision for the ending of the story Blow me away, my feet are bare and unafraid Blow me away, but I care not for the jumble Look at me bravely waving my hands hello Will it be you, who will give me a listening heart To give me the courage to march on It is you, who will give me a window of light in the darkness To make me absolutely fearless Blow me away, my pride and my insolence Blow me away, but my garden (soul) will stay spotless and pure Let this wind mess it all up It will never destroy my vision for the ending of the story Blow me away, my feet are bare and unafraid Blow me away, but I care not for the jumble Look at me smiling bravely Look at me bravely waving my hands hello However cruel the wind is The more my heart quivers I will turn into a giant Standing on my strength, on my dreams I loved this song and its message long before I saw Santa's choreography; for me it is the meeting of the best of two artistic disciplines. ๐ฅฐ I prefer Su Yunying's original version of this song, but this version sung by an older male singer is good too.
