My heart hurts that she has SUCH relevant pain to this concept at such a young age and in the PUBLIC eye too. It’s wild to me how people will treat people all for money. I have seen her growth and I’m delighted that we get to see her shine in this way ♥️♥️ growth in a journey through something that hasn’t been our main focal point is really something beautiful and I’m delighted that we have gotten to experience that not just with her but the other loona members

2024-10-22 18:56:02 +0000 UTCthis was such an emotional debut/comeback for me and orbits in general. just the beginning of the mv and how she sings the first verse really hits you right in the feels. LIKE THE LYRICS ARE JUST HEART WRENCHING CHUU I LOVE YOU SO MUCH PLEASE ALWAYS BE HAPPY T.T I think both monsters are supposed to be her alter egos. the big one is mostly surrounded by shadow and darkness and she only really sees it as a reflection of herself so I think it's supposed to showcase her feelings through what happened with bbc and afterwards. but then eventually the big monster also is able to shine in the sun as well showing chuu coming into herself more and gaining some confidence. I don't actually remember for sure what the small monster is supposed to really be as an alter ego but I personally think that it's the part of chuu that's brighter and the chuu that we usually see who always smiles. the song itself is about two hurt people healing each other. I personally think it's definitely supposed to represent chuu and the loona members and orbits all helping each other throughout the whole ordeal with bbc. I really love the choreo for this song because I think it conveys the emotions of the track pretty well for the most part but that's just my own very amateur take on it lol. I do agree with you that certain parts feel a little disconnected from the song so I get what you were saying! also! if I recall correctly, chuu said that she didn't really have much dance training before she was picked as a member of loona since she was mostly focusing on her vocals (I'm pretty sure she actually trained to be a vocalist before deciding on becoming an idol). I think she only started to learn seriously like right before she joined bbc and it was at the dance academy that she met yves at. she did also train at music works for a bit before bbc but I don't really know if she focused on her dancing all that much there. it's been very fun seeing her dance journey from heart attack to now. you can really tell that she's improved a lot. like she's always had the energy and charisma to carry the choreos but now I think you can definitely notice her improvement in terms of technics for sure. I also just love seeing people take personal journeys for whatever skill that they want to learn
