I also age that this show is phenomenal… and I’m curious if there were other reasons stated but not shown? That would be something Mnet has done many of times. I know Gyeong Ho being placed down for second seems wild and maybe they also possibly did that for the mechanics of the show to allow a second class position to have a first class spot and fight it out. Mnet is so unpredictable at times!

Absolutely WILD in this episode 😂😂 I agree with your points so much and I think the cap call is the first time it was a strange “justification” but I also know how you sped up to rehearsal for a job does get observed by all those involved and some people do deem that as “unprofessional”.. freaking love this show and LOVE seeing the dancers get their shine!!! And the camaraderie with the ensemble low key would make me want to be in the under group honestly 😂🤌🏻

2024-10-20 15:19:54 +0000 UTCI'm torn because Hyunho's formation for the Vampire Sonata was the best hands down but I still don't think he was the best fit for main dancer. I kind of wish the mentors were given the format to pick someone's ensemble piece but then a different main dancer but I guess that would be too complicated. No lie, Vampire Sonata wasn't the clearest concept. Devil Swan was the easiest to read but at least with Reign of Peace I got the feeling that Mugan was a kind of Jekyll and Hyde King. Vampire Sonata feels like zombies and I didn't get the hunters being hunters at all. It feels like they're all vampires that the Count Vampire turned. ...I mean if he was unwilling to remove the cap then I get it but if he showed up in it and then they didn't say anything, I feel like that's such an unfair reason. Like at that point just say other people were better and move on. Like the point about Donghoon talking too much and not letting Matthew do it made perfect sense as a reason. But cap boy???? Wow the ballet class is brutal. Everyone else was kekeing the whole time even with their comments and then ballet was like "you old man" "lose weight".

2024-10-20 13:55:54 +0000 UTCI love this show so much. It really concentrates on dancing and performance aspects and has not much evil editing for a Mnet production (yet...). I could understand all decisions in classifying the dancers in Under, 1st and 2nd. Except for Gyeong Ho. I think he was amazing as the Devil Swan, even injured. Glad that you share my opinion here. The reasons why he had to leave 1st didnt make sense to me. But the competition will become very fierce now. I am looking forward to the next episodes!
