I think you might like Xin Lu's Music! A few of my friends love to dance to her music! https://youtu.be/ZRsVsEEMohY?si=wDoj--L_9v-qr9HJ
(I was so happy to see her beeing a captain here!)

I agree that everyone should be evaluated or battle on a one on one basis, and then teams should be made. From what I remember, season 6 didn't do a good job of this either. I just wish dancers were equally evaluated on their performance and not on their history. It is just like when you have a senior dancer and they automatically vote for them because of past performance and not what they are currently displaying, it is very frustrating. Everyone can have a bad day, even seasoned dancers.
Kyokas team is in the choreography round, next episode.

So the team that wins the battle, all of those members pass with a blue towel. They have the opportunity to win a red towel, which to be honest really doesn't do much for them. Later on it is used to make two teams. I think you missed that point in the explanation of how the round was structured. I personally think the red towel thing is silly too.

So when they mean younger, I believe all contestants needed to be under 28 or 30, I can't remember which. I am just going to comment as I watch. Instead of writing essays. ๐

Thanks for the reaction, it's fun to rewatch this with you!
If I remember correctly, the prompts for the choreography are a little unhinged.
I don't mind the quality of the video, it's not an issue.
And just watching the episode is fine since the compilations don't really add anything.
