I was trying so hard not to be bias between Rhythm and Beat. I am a fan of hard hitting beats, rap lines and choreo so obviously my heart goes to Rhythm team. They did not hold back on the choreography and there are lots of highlights and most especially how they deliver the song. Both teams has a decent amount of sacrificing in terms of their final output. Beat Team sacrificed their delivery of the song to be safe, whether its rap or vocals. They went to a softer side of line delivery and still have a decent dance performance. Rhythm on the other hand sacrificed their line distribution. They went hard with their delivery. They projected more without sacrificing too much of their dance. However, again, they relied too much on JL. But JL, I have no words. He covered almost everything. If JL won't debut, they can't advocate for talent if their most talented trainee is not included on the line up.

2024-12-15 12:13:04 +0000 UTCPfft I posted accidentally before I finished so I'll start again haha. The song is called Ignition Team Rhythm went first and then Team Beat Bench. The player from Team Rhythm that you thought was the traded player Chih En was actually Steven ;) If he has his arms out it's probably Steven lol. I also believe they are singing "can you feel the fire, can you feel the fire, ru-dum-dum". I have to say I was a much bigger fan of the Team Rhythm performance. Beat had some good vocal moments and Jiang Fan really stood out but I actually found Team Beats choreography a bit boring and messy. To me Rhythm's choreography reflected Ignition (the twisty movements) and Fire (the hand movement especially at the end by Steven) the most. I can't understand Korean but Ignition, Revving and Fire make me think Super Impactful and Hard Hitting movements. Obviously that's just my personal preference. I also noticed that the Team Rhythm stylist must have had some idea of the choreography groupings etc. The balance of the costume colours in each section was well done. It really was a full team effort haha
