But for real these were great! And the fact she got to pass the torch in this way is super incredible and fulfilling I bet! Thank you so much for telling me and I truly can't wait to dive into more Boa later this month with you!

If you genuinely would like to see an entire show like these, I have good news for you--all of these performances are from various iterations (2007~2011) of a whole concert series BoA has, "BoA the Live Xmas." BoA is well known as a Christmas songstress in Japan, her most longlasting hit is the Christmas ballad "Meri Kuri," which is still played across the nation in Japan every holiday season. It's the song's 20th anniversary this year.
The very dramatic Broadway-esque set is, specifically, from the 2010 edition. BoA did these concerts almost every year in Japan from 2007 to 2011, and then took a seven year break from them before returning with a new one in 2018. The 2018 Christmas concert is actually one of my personal favorite BoA concerts of all time--but none of the classic Christmas songs she performed in that concert had choreo, so they did not make it into this compilation, haha.
All of the concerts in this compilation were in Japan, fyi! BoA did not have a Korean concert until 2013 because SM couldn't get their shit together, so all concert footage before then is from her extensive Japanese touring career.
Out of these, I particularly love the Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer performance. I never expected that kind of choreo to that song, and I love that she switches between all three languages she knows in it. It goes Japanese -> Korean -> English, with little dance breakdowns between each language.
The staging producer for all of these concerts was Ayako Takeuchi, who had worked with BoA since 2001. She is actually the person who taught BoA jazz dance. When BoA finally had her first Korean concert in 2013, she specifically asked her to be the concert director there too (in part because SM really did not have their shit together and had never done a live band concert before, BoA did most of the hiring...)
Fun fact: the 2010 and 2011 concerts were choreographed by s**t kingz, a Japanese dance troupe (they also, of course, participating in the concerts themselves as dancers). NCT Wish just finished their first concert tour in Japan a few days ago, with a member of s**t kingz acting as the staging producer for their concert. Notably, NCT Wish's producer is...BoA. Real passage of time/passing of the torch vibes that I find very cute.
