UL released the moving cam version of their dance practices, AND THE CAMERA SHOTS AND ANGLES ARE SO MUCH BETTER! How I wish they also done that in the live broadcast performances HAHAHA

Maybe it's just the production Narriative but when he was on Boys Planet, he came across as unbothered, often sitting in the background and doing just enough to cruise by. Like he wasn't being lazy but didn't seem to put extra effort to stand out or speak up. Here, you see him realizing he wasn't selected for either song, went and practiced, and fought to get a spot in the song. Its honestly a complete 180 from how he came off as on Boys Planet. Atm, my current 7 picks (in no particular order) 1. JL - he's an allrounder 2. Cha Woongki - he's hilarious, works hard, and just deserves to debut again 3. Zhang Shauibo - I just love him and he's improved a lot since Boys Planet. Plus him, Woongki, and JL would serve killer girl group dances 4. Park Juwon - He's adorable but also a strong performer, and I can't separate him and JL 5. Chih En - Idk, there's something so endearing about him. I love his awkwardness 6. Steven - He's a good leader figure, needs more credit for running Rhythm Team this whole time. Plus he's fluent in English. 7. Gi Jioong - I remember him from way back when he competed on The Unit in like 2017/18, he was a BABY then and was around 17 when he debuted with UNB. I've been waiting for him to debut since 2019. It seems to be a reach here but hey! maybe a miracle will happen.

I'm rooting for everyone, but I think when I see the Groove team performance, I always find Jaeho! In my memory, he's been doing well from the beginning to now, but he can't get caught on camera.. There are quite a few singing parts, but often someone else gets caught.. That's pretty unfortunate! I feel it all the time, but this time again, the song of the groove team was so my taste! It's touching to see the lyrics together! I think the players are all laughing and singing happily, so I feel happy together! That's why I liked BTOB's songs The composer who made the Groove team's song was the one who participated a lot in BTOB's song. LOL I'm using a translator, so I don't know if I'm talking well! Thank you! I enjoyed today!

2025-01-12 03:31:37 +0000 UTCSo what I've been hearing is the on-site audience that votes at times can't see what's going on on-stage so they have had to rely on vocals. That can be a legit factor. I also think it's a preference game in a lot of cases.. I think Groove showed more versatility here in the challenge with complexity compared to former seasons, so I think its a mix of fans having a "ride or die" preference of things vs accepting that SBS likes to run their show their way with how they also show the contestants.. Some of my favorite contenders didn't even get screen time for more than 5 minutes TOTAL of the season before they were eliminated 🥲

Even though I am a Team Rhythm stan I'm hoping for an adult line up. However I will try and support the best I can if Daisuke does debut and hope that this company takes care of him.

2025-01-11 22:39:40 +0000 UTCI know. Up until this round, Rhythm only did upbeat semi sexy songs, and no one said anything. Groove did cute concepts like BTOB's songs and darker concepts like Prison. They did way more but people are just salty that they won fair and square.

In my opinion, just because they focus more on vocals doesn't mean they can't dance, they've already shown that they can. What do you think? Do you think they have little versatility?
