If you want a survival show; personally I think Boys Planet is the best one of the bunch, there’s some amazing performances and music choices and minimal toxicity for an MNeT show. Plus it’s recent so the group is still active. Produce X101 isn’t bad either but I personally preferred Produce 101 Season 2 or Produce 48. MixNine, I tried rewatching it recently and honestly had a hard time sitting through it because of how toxic YG and the mentors were to the trainees. Some of the stuff they say to these kids was just straight up mean not helpful. It was a messy show from start to finish and after all that, YG ended up canceling the winning groups debut. BUT it does feature Boys and Girls and there’s plenty of familiar faces like DreamCatcher, OneUs, LOONa, Ryujin of ITZY, A.C.E etc.
