I Wasn't Supposed To SHRINK 012

Katie let go of the lip of the purse, falling down, letting out a scream.

"AAAAHHHHHHH!!!!"

Jane braced herself for the impact, hoping to catch Katie safely.

"OOOOOMMPPPPPFFFFF!!!!" Katie let out, her shoulders and back hitting something soft and warm, and her rear hitting something much harder.

"Gotcha!" Jane said, relieved that she caught Katie, using her breasts as support. She kept one hand under Katie's rear and the other around her leg to keep her steady.

However, Katie struggled to find her balance, as the mounds of flesh on Jane's chest shifted under her weight, and the small amount of support under her rear and legs made her arms flail. She reached out and grabbed onto something, which ended up being Jane's biceps. She dug her nails in a little too hard, causing Jane to wince in pain. 

"OWW! Not so hard with your nails!" Jane let out. Katie opened her eyes, seeing Jane's large face. Just a few moments ago, even with herself being shrunk, she towered over Jane, she didn't even come up to her hips. But now, she was able to catch her like a small child. Just how small did she get?

Jane smiled at Katie's opening eyes. "All good!" She let out, feeling like this small mission had been accomplished.

Jane set Katie down into the bottom of the purse.

Both Millie and Jane surrounded and stood up around Katie, with Katie in shock.

"You... you... you... I... I... I..." Katie said, not able to get her words straight. Finally, she managed to squeeze something out.

"I can't believe this," Katie said, her voice barely above a whisper. "I was the tallest of us, and now I'm the smallest. What the hell is going on?"

Jane replied, ignoring Katie's question, her voice calm and measured. "Ok, let me give you the rundown." Jane began. "I was one of the lead product developers of this project, the one to resize humans. Millie here was my administrative assistant. This girl, Tessa, came in, applying for our 2nd administrative assistant job, but she didn't cut it. I don't know what happened, but somehow, she managed to get a hold of some of our experimental shrink liquid. I don't know when or how she did it, but she spiked one of my drinks, and I shrunk to the size I am now, and she was there to scoop me up. I've been in this purse for 3 days since then. She's thrown down some caps of water and crumbs of food."

Jane continued. "Since then, she went back to shrink Millie here. From the sound of it, she blamed her for not getting the job, and from the conversation I heard, she needed to test this shrinking liquid more, obviously because it is experimental. Millie shrank and was a bit taller than me, but like you, she shrank again, to her current size. I've never shrunk again. I think she's fine tuning the dosage to make people the size she wants, for whatever god-awful reasons she has. I figured Millie was the final test, but you being so much smaller, she must still be going, trying to people to shrink even smaller. She keeps talking about a target, so I'm not sure if that's you or not, or if you are just another test like we are. So, there's that. What do you have?"

Katie tried to absorb it all, while Millie remained quiet. "Ok... ok... And what do you mean, what do I have?"

Jane wasted no time in responding. "Information: Do you think you're the target? Why were you shrunk?" she asked, her voice laced with concern.

Katie hesitated for a moment, then sighed. "Well, I think she was jealous that I might take her spotlight away in front of our bosses," she admitted. "I took a liquid I bought online, thinking it would help enhance my curves, but I guess she somehow got to it too."

Jane's eyes widened with realization. "It sounds like you were just another one of her tests, taking it out on people she sees as threats or enemies," she said, her voice growing angrier by the second. "She has to have people working for her. Everything is just too perfect, spiking drinks, somehow getting into our lab. I think we have a spy in our organization, I can't see any other way how she got in."

Katie's heart sank as she listened to Jane's words. "So... what do we do now?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Jane stood there for a moment, lost in thought. Millie looked up to her for answers, but Jane was silent. Finally, she spoke. "I need to think," she said, her voice heavy with concern. "We need to find out who's behind all of this and stop them before they hurt anyone else."

"But..." Jane trailed off, her voice hesitant. She looked down at her tiny stature and sighed. "It's going to be difficult to do anything at our current sizes. We need to find a way to reverse the shrinking process or find a way to communicate with someone who can help us."

Katie and Millie exchanged worried glances, the gravity of their situation sinking in. "Do you have any ideas?" Millie asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Jane shook her head. "Not yet. But we have to stay focused and stay together. We'll figure something out." She gave a reassuring look to Millie and Katie. "We're in this together."
