Due to ongoing mental health issues and the impact of the flu that I caught a few weeks ago, my condition worsened even after recovering from the flu, and I was unable to engage in drawing. As a result, I focused on recuperating for a while. Recently, I managed to visit the clinic that I couldn't go to for some time and started taking medication prescribed by the doctor, which has gradually helped me stabilize.
