It's the SECRET edition of Version 0.18.2 - the second part of the Curse of Competition Updates! Check out these changes:

Alternate Clothes ripped versions of Rival battle pictures for when he gets bigger during battle
Talking option available for Rival
New Rival attacks in battle. If he's behind he can cast the muscle hex spell on himself.
If the Rival is behind he might ambush you and attempt to use a spell that steals your size
You can get the Turtle Alchemist to combine Creatine and a Black XP Potion to create Cursed Creatine. If you give Cursed Creatine to the Komodo Jock, his progress will be set back to 0 during the night.
Give and Gain Fat Spells are now available. Hex spells are able to target yourself
Faster way of dealing with max arousal when your arousal rate is high
Belly Flop attack based on weight instead of just fat stat
