Sharing with patrons an early access first chapter of my next series, The Caretaker of Otherworldly Tenants.

It is a reverse isekai where the protagonist manages a dormitory on Earth. Yes, you read that right. Not in another world, but on Earth. People and creatures of all kinds from the other world become tenants. Over the course of the story, older characters will move out, new characters will move in. But there will naturally be a main cast and reoccurring characters.

The MC is 18 year old Akira Katagiri, who unwittingly applied to and was given the job as the dorm caretaker.

Genres: Reverse Isekai, Comedy, Slice of Life, Harem, Ecchi (naturally), Smut (but not as much as IaS, HNA, or Ero Witch)

I mean it with the SoL, it won't have an overarching and serious plot like Micchi or Ero Witch. Think of them like episodic antics. Occasionally there will be dramatic moments, but that isn't the sole focus.

Tiers 3 and above, if you want to create a character in this universe, like a tenant, feel free to reach out to me through DMs.

Tier 2, you're welcome to throw suggestions about character creation. I will take them to consideration, but they are not a solid thing. Who knows, your suggestions might worm their way into my head and stick, or I might already have thought of it.
