So yes, I have an editor, and he has the terrible task of correcting my grammatical "horrors" generated by me and the machine translator in both works I'm working on, and I am very grateful!
Okay, now for the important part. The chapters will continue to come out on the same schedule as always, but these will be unedited versions, the ones you're already familiar with and, luckily for me, have tolerated so far. Edited and corrected versions of the new chapters are expected to be available within a day or two after I publish the chapters, so if you want to wait to read a more readable version of the work, you can do so.
Also, Scott will be working on the previous chapters, so I'll be changing old chapters as well. I'll be adding new author's notes at the beginning of each chapter to indicate whether or not the chapter was edited by our editor.
All that said. The survey!
When I edit and save corrections on Patreon, I have the option to notify all members that I edited the post, and they'll receive notifications according to their settings.
So the question is, after I publish the new chapters as usual, should I also send notifications when the edited versions of those new chapters are ready? Or should I just upload them and nothing else?
(Old chapters won't receive notifications when they're edited; they'll simply be corrected and annotated at the beginning of the chapter!)
