Added 2024-09-04 09:08:47 +0000 UTCIf anyone has been following me for a while, you might have seen posts about this project. This is my first game project that I decided to attempt. Unfortunately, after pursuing this project for some time, I had to pause it indefinitely.
My dream of making games has been nurtured for quite a long time, and it was only when I decided to bring my ideas to life that I realized there was so much I needed to research in order to actually create a video game (game development software, game design and structure building, game graphics, etc.).
Throughout the time and effort I spent developing this project, I came to understand that realizing the sheer amount of ideas I had imagined for the game was quite unrealistic and difficult to achieve, especially as an individual just starting out, trying to learn and work at the same time.
Overall, it was also my first lesson in gaining experience for future projects. I might collect the available resources from this old project to design another, more feasible game.
