Those two are certainly trying their hardest, just a bit more now! Orihime's ass is looking damn fat in that last panel, and her expression's showing just how hard this is on her; trying everything once is something, but I wonder if this will be just a once like she's thinking or if she'll find herself loving this soon :) Good page, stay awesome Shiin :D
