2022-11-03 02:41:42 +0000 UTCIt's a bit too late but I recommend using double authentication (OTP/TOTP) on all accounts that support it. This is the case with Discord. Record your 2FA token in Twilio Authy (app), so you can access them on your mobile devices even if you lose/change them. This is like SMS double authentication but better: you don't need to be connected to any network for it to work.
