what a week, crazy stuff in the world happening and it all looks dark.

But I think during these times we need things to take our mind off the doom and gloom and try to stay positive in all this. As of writing this the number of people being infected with the corona-virus outside of china has started to slowdown

Jan. 31: 28 new cases

Feb. 1: 14 new cases

Feb. 2: 11 new cases

Feb. 3: 6 new cases

Thailand doctors managed to cure a 70 year old woman from the virus using a cocktail of different drugs within 48 hours which mean hope is out there.

So to any of you who were like me and was terrified about this last week. just stay calm, and stay strong. I am not saying ignore what is going on and act like nothing bad is going to happen. I think if there is anything to take away from the news over the last few weeks it is to have some emergency supplies ready, not specifically for the corona-virus but for ANY type of disaster, A hurricane, a tornado, even just getting fired from your job you should always have a closet with some water,food, and medical supplies for anything life throws at you and above all else, bravery will be the most important survival tool you have.
