The Sexy Cosplay Cafe Exterior

Nothing super awesome or exciting about this one, really. It was something and needed doing...and a bit frustrating as I ended up not being able to find a cafe exterior design I liked. As such, this is wholly from my own imaginings, aside from the references I used for the two silhouettes. I'm reasonably happy with this for now. The Café is supposed to be a little run down when you first get there, but not terribly so. Hence, the slight oddities with the paint are intentional, hopefully giving it just a tad for a roughish look, like it could use a new coat of paint, but things haven't gotten critical yet...

I also might have to do something with the sign, it's not very readable in small scale. The text already has a drop shadow to try and make it stand out, but I think I'm going to have to do something else with it....

Other Stuff:

Despite my silence so far, the Eros Academy update is actually coming along just fine. In fact, I'm hoping to have a pleasant surprise for everyone with it! 

The same can't be said for The Elven Maid at the moment -_-. I hit some pretty nasty writer's block and I'm struggling to overcome it. Thankfully, there's still some time left in the month.

I've officially hit my monthly goal for Sexy Cosplay Cafe art, bringing the number up to 22. Which is still 8 shy of the original plan for the end of June -_-. That said, I'm almost certain (barring disaster) that I can finish 2-3 more pieces before the end of the month. Ideally, that would bring me up to 25/30 for where I had originally intended to be. 

I have no honest idea what that means for the first release of the new game. My time was left in such a mess by that failed freelance contract (and attempts to replace it) earlier this month, that I've had to prioritize getting the art caught up over messing with the engine. Given that I had a 9-day working 'vacation' sprung on me upcoming in July (>_<), there's a chance I won't be able to hit my original target of sometime in July for the first release. It was always a bit ambitious to be able to hit that date while still working on Eros Academy...but I'm still going to try darn it!
