Best Christmas Special IMO, wonderful sets and effects, great music and Michael Gambon himself (aka Dumbledor), also that was her real voice, she's a famous opera singer in the UK

2019-02-12 04:45:53 +0000 UTCSince the Rory in the Roman outfit stuff seemed to really go over your head, I guess it's time to be blunt about it so sorry in advance! Amy was in the police uniform as she was the naughty police woman and Rory is in the roman outfit as he is the big bad roman man ready to capture her and give her his meat. They were basically having kinky roleplay sex. Hence the whole them being in the honeymoon suite alone jokes.

2019-02-12 01:30:36 +0000 UTCI think Season 6 struggled with a few things (particularly the finale) and isn't as consistent or polished as say, S5 or S4, but damn when it's good it's real good. Couple of all-time top 5 picks in this one.

2019-02-10 21:25:06 +0000 UTCI don't know if this is the best episode of all the Christmas specials, but it's definitely the best Christmas episode of Doctor Who (unlike a lot of the specials that just happen to be set at Christmas). Some very clever if ethically questionable applications of time travel, too.
