2019-05-03 13:44:38 +0000 UTCThese last 3 episodes feel like a steady march to the inevitable. Amy and Rory have been largely incidental characters. Everyone’s getting older. The Doctor seems less manic, less impulsive, and less grandiloquent. This is one of my least favorite episodes, but it has Eleven and the Ponds, so it’s not all bad.

2019-05-02 17:45:30 +0000 UTCI personally don't think he did anything "wrong"; I mean, come the fuck on, 50% of the planet was already rekT, in only 9 years. That's when you have to end the war ASAP, lest the entire planet and the species be wiped out. He clearly is "good" by nature, in that he wants to help people, but when the option is for all the people to die, or only a few dozen to hundred people to die, to save the rest millions or billions, you have to think of the Greater Good.
