ABILITIES

Legendary Resistance (1/Day). If Talia Riverset fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. Talia Riverset has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Thorns of the Dawn Guard.  Whenever a melee attack misses Talia Riverset, the attacker takes 5 (2d4) Piercing damage from her magical shield and she is healed for a like amount. 

Talisman of Spring (4/day). While in possession of this Talisman, Talia may add a d4 to any failed ability check or saving throw. 

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Thalia Riverset makes four attacks divided between her Longsword and Shield Bash, as she chooses.

Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8+6) Slashing damage. This attack is treated as a Critical Hit on a roll of 19 or 20. 

Shield Bash. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit 9 (1d6+5) Bludgeoning damage and 5 (2d4) Piercing damage. A creature hit by this attack must make a DC16 Strength Saving throw or be knocked prone. This attack may not be used while restraining someone with the Vines of the Dawn Guard ability. 

Spellcasting. Talia Riverset casts one of the following spells, requiring no material components and using Charisma as the spellcasting ability (Spell Save DC17).

At Will. Charm Person, Compelled Duel, Guidance, Mage Hand

1/Day Each. Enlarge / Reduce, Staggering Smite, Divona’s Blessed Rains

BONUS ACTIONS

Vines of the Dawn Guard. Melee Spell Attack: +9 to hit, range 30ft., one target. Hit 11 (3d6) Piercing damage. A creature hit by this attack is pulled 20ft closer to Talia and Restrained. While restraining a creature in this way, Talia can move them 20ft. In any direction as a Bonus Action, but they cannot be moved more than 30ft. from her. As an action on a Restrained creature’s turn, it can attempt to break from the vines with a DC18 Strength (Athletics) check. 

REACTIONS

Misty Escape (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). In response to taking damage, Talia  turns invisible and teleports, along with any equipment she is wearing or carrying, up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space she can see. She remains invisible until the start of her next turn or until she attacks, makes a damage roll , or casts a spell.


Spring’s Inspiration (4/day). When a creature fails an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw, Talia may use her reaction to roll a d8 and add it to that creature’s roll.
