The Bark at Noon - As an action, you may blow this whistle. All canines in a 1 mile radius are immediately Charmed by the person blowing the whistle for 8 hours or until you do something to directly or indirectly cause them harm. Canines charmed in this way understand your speech, though are not compelled to do what you say.
