The fact that Dean knew it wasn't John because Yellow Eyes was being too nice, Dean's like "You're not my dad, he would never say he was proud of me, he'd whoop my ass for using a bullet". The demon was too fucking nice to be John, now what the hell does that tell you? Also, are ya'll watching the bloopers? They're the best tv bloopers and it's a great way to get to know the actors and see some of the behind the scenes stuff.
