In the midst of new sides being formed, I loved how Canute got to shine here getting posed with some fascinating questions and perspectives. Really got me wondering though why Thorkell posed Thorfinn with the question of what makes a true warrior. Surely, he wouldn't have expected him to give the same answer Thors would have given? (Having watched some episodes ahead, I know now! :D)

But we've all been there man, I've had unhealthy mental phases myself as well. Glad to hear you've mostly grown out of it!

2022-11-05 08:41:43 +0000 UTCI love this episode dawg. As a teenager I adopted that edgy, "everything sucks" ideology, and that's clearly not a healthy way to live. But that mindset is still unfortunately slightly in the back of my mind, so when I watched this ep for the first time I was like, "Damn, glad I'm not emo anymore, I would have revolved my life around this idea."
