Added 2022-12-07 13:18:52 +0000 UTCI loved how this episode felt like a mid-season finale, temporarily halting the confrontation with Mahito. I was sooo worried for Kento though. Getting to see some of his backstory was amazing, but made me all the more scared this could just be where his story would conclude. Thankfully it wasn't.

I hadn't actually but that's such a good call! After watching the intro once I usually try not to pay too much attention to it anymore in case it gives away future events. But that's an awesome detail!

He's grieving over Junpei's death :( and also they added new characters in picnic shot of opening as they got introduced into the show. It's so amazing how MAPPA kept adding details to the OP over the course of the first cour.
