Probably wouldn't even wanna continue the show tbh. Just seeing those guys with guns enter their room already felt completely unreal, like a player's world in a videogame that gets invaded by someone else. What an episode. Phase two of Steins Gate has begun and I don't know if I'm even ready.

2023-01-06 22:34:37 +0000 UTCOne of the things I always thought they didn't do very well in the show adaptation - in the opening of this episode and at the end they specifically choose to show the the digital clock reading of date and time because of its significance as the 13th, but at no point do they tell you it's specifically FRIDAY the 13th when the shit hits the fan. It's way more obvious in the game since the day of the week is always in the corner. It's only a tiny easter egg but it always seemed a strange decision to me for the show to make a big deal about it being the 13th but in a way that doesn't explain the bit.
