New Schedule Starting Next Week!

With Steins;Gate reactions ending tomorrow for Tier 3 supporters, I'll be following up the show with the two winners from the most recent Patreon poll: Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood and Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation. I've already watched the first episodes for both shows and am excited to delve in further! I think you're gonna be very happy with my reactions to them if you're a fan of either show.
All of the current shows (The Glory, Vinland Saga and Dark) will be phasing out over the next months slowly with around a month inbetween each, after which I'll decide what to add to the channel next. Recent options in the poll like Demon Slayer S3, Oshi No ko and some other popular classics are still what I'm considering between.
On top of that, I'll be trying out something new! I already told you I was looking into the idea of doing in-depth reviews for the shows I finish here, with high quality editing and music to make them even more enjoyable to watch. Next week I wanna try this out for the first time with a video about my journey through Steins;Gate! You'll just have to wait and see to understand what exactly I have in mind and how it will work out, but I'm sure you'll be very pleased with the result!

I'm watching sub as per usual. But very good to hear the dub is that great as well! Personally I always just like watching shows in their original language, so for anime that's subbed with Japanese VO.

2023-04-27 19:16:14 +0000 UTCI'm glad to hear that, although you still have a bit more to go to say for sure haha, but I think you'll be able to get through it and appreciate its good points. If you've already seen the first two episodes I'm sure you must have liked its magic system and how the main character discovers and explains it. The animation studio that produced it was created exclusively to adapt this series and despite being quite old like the big ones in its genre, it is the last one that received an anime adaptation due to the amount of years they took for the pre-production, so every detail is very well taken care of and it would be worth paying attention to it, for example the music is excellent and there is no video sequence for the opening as such but the songs play during the episode. I'll give you more details as the story progresses, I'm a big fan of its light novel (source material).

2023-04-27 17:00:14 +0000 UTCThe controversy is mostly because some people don’t like the main character. However, as in every other show, characters need to develop and grow. I don’t want to get much into it, best way is to experience the show as you go.

Either is good, just that FMA dub is really good and iconic. As for Mushoku, it’s probably one of the shows with the best world building that I’ve watched, very immersive.

2023-04-27 14:57:46 +0000 UTCI'm kinda surprised after 2 episodes how after hearing so many people call it controversial, I don't really see it at all yet lol. I mean yeah I get that it has some... interesting... scenes. But so far I don't find it to cross any lines or anything
