My comment on the previous episode in terms of Canute's intention, was then not entirely correct and you actually posed the answer of perhaps approaching the 'peace' differently from Thorfinn. But I agree that Canute has moved past belief and more into creating a world for it. Honestly, it's quite difficult to put into words. Can't wait for the final episode for the family reunion, think it's gonna be quite heart warming and a nice way to end the season.
