Vinland Saga 2x24 Reaction
Added 2023-06-19 19:22:09 +0000 UTCI'm sure you won't mind me posting this a little early ;) I just finished editing the video, and figured many of you just came off of watching the episode yourself. What an absolutely incredible finale to an amazing season of Vinland Saga. I genuinely wonder if there was more meaning to the final sequence, showing us a young Askeladd, Thors and Leif. Could it mean we'll be seeing more of their stories in the form of flashbacks later in the show? Whether I'm looking into it too much or not, I do know for sure that Season 3 is gonna mark an amazing next chapter for the story!

2023-06-21 19:58:01 +0000 UTCI really enjoyed this season, the team responsible from Vinland really love the source material and even though they changed publishers from what I know it's still 95% the same team that did season 1. My interpretation of the last scene is that those people spent their lives trying to escape war. Whether it's Thors deciding to protect his family from war or Leaf finding a new place that still didn't taste the destruction of war, and even Askeladd putting the flower at his mother's grave showing his tender side. After all he cared for his sick mother who was a slave and sailed with her across the sea to try and save her. Perhaps it's a glimpse of what Vinland can give to people like them if Thorfinn succeeded in his goal.
