Interesting point yeah how it might actually be Eris's turning point. I mean it obviously affected Rudeus too and yeah Orsted will indeed be playing a bigger role no doubt but I like that thought!

2023-09-30 07:58:53 +0000 UTCNotice it's a recurring thing in Mushoku Tensei: the characters appear, then leave Rudeus for reasons, but generaly they meet again later. Sylphy, Roxy, Eris, Rudeus's family... you always see characters taking a different path, but you know it can't be the end of it.

Don't worry the story always come back to things mentioned in the past, sooner or later. But sometimes it just takes a lot of time because other stuff is developed in parallel. Regarding the "turning point" title, I think it's mostly because that battle is the reason for Eris's decision to go to "that place" to train, but also because Orsted will be a very important character.
