now that i think about it though...if a restaurant chain wanted a certain property they wouldn't care if the owners were annoying and making unrealistic demands. they would just say "take the original offer or leave it". because they want the land. and once they buy it, the previous owners would have to fuck off lol but then there wouldn't be an episode. or a show haha
