Still could've probably just done the recap as a seperate "episode" and call it that also so people know it's skippable. Interesting how this is seen as the second part from here on out, but they already used the new intro by episode 20. I wonder what the thought process was behind these choices haha.

2022-09-08 12:49:32 +0000 UTCThis is considered as the first episode of the "second" season/part of Death Note, hence the recap in the first half. It was common at the time of release (I think in 2007), as many older shows had recap scenes before the next season, but watching it nowadays I get that it may be a little bit annoying or unnecessary. I'm curious to see if you'll like this second part of the story and share thoughts about it! ^^
