Watching this right after episode 5 might have been a perfect choice, as I was already familiar with the world, while still getting a few things revealed that may become instrumental for the main show moving forward. I already can't wait to continue with the show! Hope you'll enjoy :)

Yes this is one year before Yuji joins JJHS, so we probably have to assume Gojo did not kill Geto as he appears in S1. What he actually said to Geto is still a mystery, and makes their relationship very intriguing. Especially because we now know they were best friends. I also want to note that there are a few details surrounding Yuta that you might have missed, and I would suggest giving it a rewatch after S1. I enjoyed rewatching it with you and it reminded me that I really like JJK.

2022-10-13 06:01:01 +0000 UTCI’d say the only downside to watching the movie before finishing the show is all the references that are mentioned throughout the show that are shown here in the movie and it’s cool knowing the context behind some of the scenes they show briefly.

I saw a brief glimpse of it in a video by other reactors but couldn't even really tell what was going on there. Judging by your comment, maybe that's a good thing and I shouldn't bother looking it up for now hahaha

There’s a scene you missed after the credit but you can watch it after season 1 as it just gives hints about what will happen later on in season 2 (or 3?). I’ve read the manga and I can say that your questions about Geto as well as his relationship with Gojo will be adressed someday 😌 Also I guess Rika didn’t want to upset Yuta because if it was me, I wouldn’t want to be stuck looking like that instead of resting in peace lmao… Oh and Women in JJK are indeed top tear characters ! Can’t wait for you to continue the rest of the series Thank you for your hard work Robin !
