(Flash started after 2 seasons of Arrow, so this first season of flash is the third season of Arrow. So when you watch a crossover episode from flash in the later seasons, it will be that season +2 in Arrow. Thus, some spoilers will face you.) but it’s ok if you proceed as much as you can in Arrow because it’s the oldest show so less spoilers I think.
