this episode was satirizing cheesy 80s ski movies, the dude from babe manor is the star of one of the more popular ones. i guess lots of other movies use the same format of a rivalry and big competition at the end. the hole into the girls locker room was from Porky's another raunchy 80s movie

Colorado’s the most well known and has a TON of resorts, but you can also ski in California, Utah, the Dakotas, Wyoming, Montana, Missouri, Pennsylvania, New York, Maine, Vermont, etc... Pretty much any state that has mountains and gets cold enough.
