2024-10-20 06:50:30 +0000 UTCThe geography is lowkey essential to One Piece. The maps shown in 61 show Reverse Mountain in relation to the 4 Blue seas. The Grand Line is essentially a strip of ocean circumnavigating the entire globe like an equator, perpendicular to the Red Line. As such it spans a very large area full of islands. Reverse Mountain has 4 canals going up it (one from each Blue sea), and one canal going down eastward into the Grand Line. You can see it below. 2024-10-19 16:00:52 +0000 UTCthe grandline also has islands, so the "alabasta island" you mentioned is just an island in the grandline. the reason why the one piece hasnt been found is, cause the author is saving it for the end of the series lol, but in the story, its because no one knows where it is, even though they know its in the grandline, no one really knows where in the grandline it is. there are many many other pirates, marines, islands, and obstacles in the way of getting to the one piece, so there is no set path to finding the one piece, cause no one really knows where it is and the means of finding out is very difficult.
