2024-10-28 17:51:54 +0000 UTCjiraiya can definitely summon the big toad. he could summon the biggest toads lol. hes just weak cause of the drug. naruto isnt able to summon the big toad because he isnt tapping into the 9-tails chakra. with his regular chakra naruto is still like a beginner.

It's important Aldo, remember that Jiraiya was druged by Tsunade and he is like 30% right now, hence his jutsus being weak. They kept mentioning that in this episode. Also, such a cathartic moment when Naruto finally lands the Rasengan
