Here's a way to help it make sense. The timelines so far can be called Pre-Flashpoint, Flashpoint, and Post-Flashpoint. Alchemy so far is targeting people who had powers in Flashpoint but lost them Post-Flashpoint, like Wally and Rival. He talked about returning what was taken from them (by Flash's last time travel) and they have 3 more husks unaccounted for. Snow, on the other hand, showed no powers in Flashpoint, but was just a mild mannered children's eye doctor. Her new powers happened for the same reason Dante died, a random ripple effect of Barry abusing time travel. We were never shown her getting dreams, visions, or becoming a husk like Wally, which we'd expect her to reveal by now. Those who know comics expected her powers since season 1 because Killer Frost is a famous villain in the comics.

2024-10-31 23:42:32 +0000 UTCGrodd wanted a family he didn't want to be the only smart/telepathic gorilla around, and Harry said they will send him to the closest thing to home, so they sent him to the jungle on earth 2 where there's other gorillas like him, they sent him to "Gorilla City", that's the only reason Harrison sent him there nothing more to it, they basically gave him a home and family like he wanted. It was all pretty self-explanatory.
