For the entire Little Garden arc including this episode, Nami's voice actress was substituted with Nojiko's while she was on maternity leave, so she sounded different (though it took me years to notice). Also, note the place where Mr. 3 was on vacation was a completely different island by its appearance. That resort is called Vacation Island but that's supplemental info that fans only know from various databooks or interviews.
