2024-01-10 20:31:56 +0000 UTCThey represented it weirdly in the zero tv series, but Enuma Elish is an anti-world noble phantasm (by comparison for example, Excalibur is just "anti-army"). It's supposed to be the original noble phantasm, the first one, and the most powerful offensively. Gilgamesh is indeed the eldest heroic spirit* and you could say he's kinda broken, especially since for that war he had plenty of mana from Tokiomi (until he died but it still had an impact on Gil's stats even after Tokiomi's death), who's a first rate mage. I'll share with you the stat sheets on discord so you can compare the servants more clearly. * irl Gilgamesh is first "hero" for whom we have written records. There are a lot of clay tablets dating from 1600 BC to 2500 BC about his feats and story that has been found. Writing was usually sparse and rudimentary so far in the past (lists of kings, of goods, religious prayers... that's pretty much it) so it's a pretty big deal.
