Predator is very powerful but, as myst said it is not able to consume everything. In fact in this episode we see it fail to eat something. The first thing Rimuru tries to do to the seal is "consume it with Predator" to free Veldora but it fails. Also, Rimuru is able to stay his original size after eating something massive because the things he eats are not actually physically within him. The "Stomach" of Predator is a vast subspace where things that are consumed can be stored or isolated.
